Please allow 24-72 hours to process your request and send a quote or request additional information, as needed. May be subject to additional time if submission is placed around weekends or holiday rushes.
Payments can be made in store via cash, check, credit or debit card, we can send an online invoice, or can facilitate Cashapp and Venmo.

All orders confirmed once payment has been made!
Orders over $100 will require a retainer of one half of the total cost of the order with the full amount due before the order is received by the customer. Orders under $100 require a retainer for the FULL amount.
Payment is due within 24 hours of ordering or they will be considered non-confirmed and your date will be available for other orders.
Orders one week or less in advance will have a rush charge of 10% of your order; under 48 hours will include an extra 10%.
Retainer is non-refundable. Once an order has been placed and payment has been made your spot is secured and supplies have been ordered/purchased. I am willing to work with emergency situations beyond your control.
Complaints and returns must be done within 72 hours of pickup, along with remaining product so we can verify the quality of the product. We are very willing to make things right if there has been an issue, but we do need to know quickly so we can deal with the original problems.
Be mindful of pickup times. I am flexible with notice and understand things happen, but if you do not let me know when something comes up or changes need to be made then you might not receive your order!
Delivery is available with a fee added based on distance and other factors, but we may not always be able to arrange delivery depending on other orders, staffing, etc.
If you send me a picture (from Pinterest, Google, etc) please be aware that I did not make that specific baked item. I will do my best but it it may not be EXACT. A lot of the time, the pictures are cake dummies, machine cut fondant, or filtered, and in the vast majority of cases have been photo-edited. All of my items are completely hand cut and designed.
If you do not show up at your appointed time for pickup, items will be resold. You will not receive a refund. Should an emergency happen I am very understanding and will always do my best to work with you to the best of my ability!
All orders are made completely from scratch and by hand! If the flavor is not your preference I am very sorry! I am unable to refund based on preferences because they widely vary and I rarely receive a compliant. I am more than happy to offer samples if you would like.
If your order is for a wedding there will be a contract sent out.
For shipped items, we do ship to have items arrive the day of or day before the date needed. We are not responsible for any unforeseen delays that occur in transit, and cannot refund for delayed shipments or egregious mishandling. (We do bribe our local delivery personnel with cookies and other treats, but unfortunately they don't tend to last very far into the supply chain!)
